I only have 1 house, do I still need a Will?
YES! A Will will shorten the inheritance process to around 6 months but without one, it could take around 2 years to get your inheritance sorted. Not just for your property but all your assets as well.

I'm still young, do I need a Will?
I know this doesn't sound pleasant, but death can come anytime and as long as you have assets such as cash in bank, you will need to have a Will so your family does not suffer the long tedious process of finding out WHAT assets you have and WHERE is it and spend years trying to sort it.
